Bouquet Returns and Replacements
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002 No. No. 90-3 "On Protection of Consumer Rights" as amended on January 4, 2014 No. 106-3B and Ministerial Decree No. 778, natural flowers are included in the list of non-food products that are not subject to return and exchange for a similar product.
Except for cases when, at the time of receipt, the goods are of inadequate quality with characteristic defects.
All claims for the quality of the goods are accepted only:
- at the time of receipt of the goods in the store upon receipt;
- at the time of receipt of the goods by the “Customer or Recipient” upon its delivery by courier (after the documents have been signed and the courier has left, claims are not accepted!)
Refunds will be made in the same way the buyer paid.
If the client refuses the order, the funds are returned to the card if the order was canceled before the courier left for delivery.
The term for returning funds to the card can be up to 30 days and depends on the issuing bank that issued the card.
