In order to make a payment using the "ERIP" system (payment using Internet banking, via EasyPay or Webmoney), select the desired product, add it to the basket. When placing an order, indicate the payment method convenient for you: card, Webmoney, etc., then follow the instructions on the site during the payment.

We accept payment:

To make a payment you need:

Select the item "System "Settlement" (ERIP)";
Select the item "Online stores / services", the letter "G", and then "Gvozdika.by - Flowers with delivery";
Enter the order number;
Enter the amount;
Confirm payment. When paying at the cash desk of any bank (a member of the "Settlement" (ERIP) system), inform that you need to pay for the service "Gvozdika.by - Flowers with delivery" through the "Settlement" system (the service is located in the "Online stores / services”, the letter “G”) and report the “Order number”. The location of the service in the service tree of the Settlement System (ERIP) at some payment points may differ from that described above. In this regard, in case of problems with the search for the service, we suggest searching for the UNP: 190929286. Payment from the mobile phone balance (the system commission will be: Velcom and MTS-3%, Life-3.5%). You can make a payment from your personal account on the iPay.by website.

To enter your personal account, use your phone number and session password, to receive which it is enough to send any SMS message to number 5533 (the cost of SMS is determined by the subscriber's tariff plan)
After successfully logging into your personal account, you can make payments by selecting services for payment. In addition, you can find out the balance of your mobile phone account, view your payment history, print a receipt if necessary (exceptions are for phone numbers connected to a corporate tariff and for subscribers using postpaid mobile services).

Payment with bePaid:

The system provides an opportunity to pay with cards of international payment systems VISA, MasterCard of all types, BELKART, installment card "Halva" (installment period 1 month). To make a payment using bePaid, you must:

Select the quantity of items you need and add them to your shopping cart.
Choose the payment methods that suit you (by bank card),
Fill out a special form offered on the site, including the fields Your Name, E-mail (required), Phone.
Wait until you receive an e-mail message from the site administrator with a link for payment and the specified amount of the order.

Refund

When paying with a bank payment card, the refund is made to the same card with which the payment was made after receiving it to our address: 220030, Minsk, st. Lenina d.46, room. No. 3, for LLC "Transstyle-Group" a written application from the client, written in any form, with a request for a refund (indicating the reason for the return). The return period can be up to 30 days.

Payment security

Data is transmitted via a separate channel using modern encryption methods. This excludes any possibility of interception of confidential information. Data is transmitted in encrypted form and stored only on a specialized server of the bePaid system.

Important:

After making a payment using a bank card, it is necessary to save the received card checks (payment confirmations received in the online store) for verification with an extract from the card account (in order to confirm the transactions performed in case of disputes)

The cost of this service is negotiated separately and its cost directly depends on the wishes of the customer.

Bouquets of roses presented at promotions (15 or 25 pieces) are tied with a ribbon, packaging (kraft paper, matte film, interlining, mesh or cellophane, etc.) will cost from three rubles.

We guarantee that all information provided by you is confidential and not subject to transfer to third parties. When filling out a special order form, indicate the most accurate address, including the house number, building, entrance, entrance code, floor, company name, office number, name and surname of the recipient, etc.

Try to also leave a phone number so that our courier can contact you if necessary: if the recipient is not at the specified address, the courier, in agreement with the customer, can leave the bouquet to the concierge or neighbors. Re-delivery will cost 6.90 rubles.

In some cases, we reserve the right to replace flowers or packaging materials with equivalent or more expensive ones (at our expense), with the obligatory condition that the general appearance and final cost of the bouquet be preserved.
